Philosophy of Counseling 

Through leadership, advocacy and collaboration, I work to promote equity and access to education for all students. I will strive to support a safe learning environment, work to safeguard the rights of all members of the school community, and address the needs of all students through culturally relevant prevention and intervention programs that are a part of a comprehensive school counseling program. I believe that every student can achieve to his or her own potential if we work together to create the right setting for success.
